Yoga, the word means "to yoke, to join, to unite". It is Sanskrit, the original, spiritual language, and the language the Eastern Indian language comes from. For me, it's all about creating space in our bodies, hearts, minds, and spirits. It's about Peace. It's about Self-Love, Forgiveness, and Cultivating Compassion For The World. It's about developing Strength with Softness. It's about Connecting our Highest Selves with The Highest Self. It's about Letting Go, Feeling Better, Honoring Where We Are, Creating Joy, and Knowing... There Is Always Something We Can Do - To Heal Ourselves, To Heal The World. 

I have been a student of Yoga for 30 years and teaching for 25 years. My classes and retreats include Yin, Healing, Kundalini, Prenatal, and Vinyasa. I am registered 500 hours with Yoga Alliance and available for private Yoga Therapy, Couples Yoga, Group Classes and facilitate Yoga Teacher Training in Sanskrit, Bhakti, Kundalini, Yin, and Prenatal.
