Epsom Salt, Green Tea Leaves, Dried Lavender Buds
Looking for a way to revive those tired, achy feet? Then this simple yet luxurious blend will have you saying "aaahhh", and feeling like you've made a trip to the spa. Green Tea has antibacterial properties and can also help to reduce swelling. The green tea lovingly used in this recipe is organic and hand-picked from Japan. Lavender provides a soothing offering of aromatherapy, and I find it provides whatever we need; calming, lifting, invigorating or soothing. And epsom salt helps to soften, exfoliate and provide magnesium, which is so relaxing. The salts can also be packed into sachets for easy gift giving.
Directions: Place the lovely and fragrant salts into a large foot tub, add 8 quarts of very warm water. Soak feet for 20 minutes or more. Enjoy feeling refreshed and the softness of your happy clean feet!
